June 2015 Zone Conferences Day 1 June 9: Bambang, Solano, Santiago North, Santiago South Zones

Our themes for our 2nd quarter Zone Conferences were centered around the Sacrament and understanding the nature of Heavenly Father and Christ.  We spent the morning in an opening session during which Sister Rahlf taught about the sacredness of the Sacrament and President Rahlf taught about the nature of Heavenly Father.  We then broke into workshops conducted by Elder and Sister Leslie, Elder and Sister Shorter, and Elder and Sister Honeycutt.  These were practical workshops on budgeting and cleanliness in our apartments.  With such fabulous teachers, we will be the most financially sound and sparkling mission in the Philippines!

After lunch, we separated into smaller groups for a round of Jeopardy competition.  Our categories were Book of Mormon, White Handbook, Preach My Gospel, The Philippines, and President and Sister Rahlf.  It was a rousing game!

The afternoon session was President Rahlf teaching about the nature of Jesus Christ followed by testimonies from missionaries.  We had three wonderful days of conferences, and three wonderful days of learning and associating with the best missionaries on earth.
We are so grateful for them.
