Mission Leadership Council (MLC)
June 1, 2016
Our theme for this month's council was "Unto what were you ordained." President Rahlf and I shared what we learned from our Area Presidency at our mission presidents seminar in May. President Rahlf then taught about the significance and importance of our callings as full-time missionaries. Elder Antenorcruz and Elder Navarro taught the importance of keeping the teaching pool filled and flowing, and I shared our Area Presidency's vision for missionaries in the Philippines in establishing a four-month plan, along with thoughts on men and women of God. We are grateful for our missionaries who accept the assignment from Heavenly Father to serve for a time in this leadership capacity in helping our mission to grow onward and upward.
Career WorkshopJune 15, 2016
Career Workshop is held for all departing missionaries. They are given counsel and training on how to prepare for their future jobs, school, etc. We are fortunate to have Elder and Sister Jones to teach this day-long workshop--it's enjoyed by both teachers and students.

New Trainers TrainingEvery Transfer cycle, Elders and Sisters are called to the special assignment of training our new missionaries. It is a big and wonderful responsibility. We have great materials from the Church to assist and guide both trainer and missionary as they work together for the twelve-week training period. We are blessed to have dedicated missionaries to fulfill this important role.
