The buzzer to the gate rings at about 7 AM as the first of our departing missionaries arrive.
It's a morning of interviews--a tender last interview with President Rahlf, a financial one with Elder Honeycutt, a travel one with Sister Honeycutt, and a health one with Sister Rahlf.
There is also the weighing and rearranging of luggage and then lunch with missionary friends. At 2 PM we gather for our "To Be Continued" meeting and then the Departure Fireside at 4:00. The day concludes with a special dinner and traditional activities. Sleep will be welcome tonight!
